8 MONTHS!

HAPPY 8 Months Boys!

You guys are getting so big, so fast...too fast!
It's a Twin Thing....
you both are....

*Sitting up really, really well!
*Loving your toys!
*Love looking at yourselves in the mirror
*Jumping and Jumping and Jumping in your jumpers - thank goodness we have 2 of them!
*Starting to "Walk" in the Walker (mostly backwards or sideways)
*Eating still 5 times a day (big bottles in the morning and at night and fruit, veggies, oatmeal 2 to 3 times a during the day).
*New Foods...We tried Turkey this month - Cash you seem to like it more than your bro. Walker you aren't so sure about it but you seem to like it when we add a little apple or peach to it.
*Still love being pushed in "The Bob" (we can't wait for the fall so we can be pushed in the morning and at night)!
*You guys are starting to interact more and more with each other.  You smile, laugh, make the same funny movements with your arms, take each others toys (already), and sometimes just gently grab each others hands and hold them.

A few priceless pics...

CASH
*Unofficially you are 20 lbs!
*Diapers - #3's during the day #4's at night
*Still wearing some 9 month clothes, mostly 12 month sizes (depending on the brand)
*TEETH!  You got 2 teeth this month (right around  the 7 1/2 month mark they finally popped out) - they are so so cute!
*You love putting everything in your mouth
*You have now had 3 or 4 ear infections - poor baby! Let's hope you grow out of this!
*You are trying to climb, pull, grab on everything near you...you are pretty much trying to be a "Big Boy"
*You are kinda of sorta beginning to "scoot" - not crawl but you want to...we aren't ready for you to do this yet!!
*You make a ton of priceless expressions.  You "crinkle your nose and sniff" just like your Aunt Natalie did when she was a baby - it is adorable
*You have a contagious belly laugh - it is so awesome!
*You still love to "play rough" - you love being tossed in the air and falling against pillows
*You still love to be held and rocked - don't worry we cherish every moment of you wanting to snuggle with us, we know this time is going to pass us by quickly (even though we want to freeze it)!
*You are Loveable, Huggable, Squeezabale and Kissable!

WALKER

*Unofficially 17 1/2 lbs!
*Diapers - #3's day and night
*Wearing 9 month stuff for the most part, you fit into some 12 month stuff but it is just a little big
*You seem to be teething - but no teeth have appeared just yet
*You still love to stand (with help)
*You still have no desire to be on your stomach, so we aren't to sure when you will start to crawl - we aren't worried!
*You tend to be a Daddy's Boy these days!  You love your Mom but you really love your dad at night time - you want him to put you to sleep, you want him to pick you up if you cry - you are playing favorites (as long as you play favorites at night that is fine by me!)
*You are really just a very content baby - you like your time in your jumper, or on the floor with your toys, or in front of the mirror...you seem to realize that your brother wants a bit more "personal attention"!
*You have a HUGE Smile and love to "show off" for friends and family...you are a total Flirt!

We truly thank God each day for blessing us with the very best, cutest, smartest and brightest twins in the world!

Happy 8 Month Birthday Boys!
We LOVE YOU So So So Very much!
XOXOXO

Northeast

This trip was very much long overdue, but was totally worth the wait!

Mark and Diane (lucky me- I was already in the Northeast for work, I met them at Dave and Donna's) ventured on a very long flight from Houston to Philly on Thursday (planes delayed, parts to the plane missing, sitting on the run way, just every possible thing that could cause a delay that day pretty much did) but the (little) boys (I.e. NOT Mark) were absolute Rock Stars and they eventually made it to Philly late Thursday night.

And from there the weekend of festivities began...

We spent time with Cash and Walker's cousins (Avery and Warner) - they both loved feeding the Boys and playing with them! Avery claims she charges $100 an hour for babysitting so I think for now we will just stick to visits and not hire her :) but we have to say she was great with the Boys!

And while we were there, their Cousin Brayden, Uncle Mike and Aunt Julie along with thier Great Uncle George and his daughter Cathy stopped by to meet Cash and Walker Too!
Saturday was another "meet and greet", this time they met what I call "The Shore Crowd" along with family!
Cash and Walker were awesome!  They let everyone hold them, they smiled, they played, and everyone had an Awesome Afternoon!

Man's Best Friend

Today was a really, really tough day.
Coy left us today and went to Heaven. He was 13 years old and truly lived a really great, long life!

Coy, you were truly man's very best friend when Mark needed you most.
You got All of us through some very rough times, you were a BIG Reason for getting Mark over the Graduation finish line at Arkansas.

You loved the lake, you loved people (especially Mark) or anyone who would feed you treats, you were protective, you always thought you were a lap dog, you loved your walks in the neighborhood, and you even loved it more when we would accidently leave the gate open and you were able to roam the streets freely - all the neighbors new you (and new where to return you too).

The house already feels empty without you (and all your dog hair :))!  We miss you greatly but cherish the all 13 years we had you with us!

We Love you Buddy!
